Element Roofing started over 10 years ago with a simple belief
Wellington homeowners deserved better than “good enough” roofing. Too many shortcuts and broken promises were leaving people stressed and unprotected. We set out to change that by building a team that valued quality, transparency, and trust above all else.
Our vision is simple: do it once, and do it right.
Every project is a chance to raise the standard, leave things better than we found them, and protect what matters most to Wellington families.
From our first reroofs in Hataitai and Seatoun to managing multi-unit developments in Brooklyn and heritage restorations for embassies, we’ve grown into one of Wellington’s most trusted roofing specialists. Today, we’re proud to be known not just for what we build, but for how we care — for our clients, our team, and our city.
Over the last 10+ years, so much has changed. Our systems have evolved from paper job sheets and magnet boards to fully automated project management tools and drone technology for roofing inspections. We’ve gone from tracking jobs on a wall to using magnet rollers on-site — collecting every stray nail so nothing is left behind in the soil. These changes show who we are at our core: always learning, always improving, and always investing in smarter, safer ways to deliver a better experience for our clients.
