Roof insulation to regulation standards
While your roof is off, it’s easy and economical to insulate. With new regulations introduced for insulation of rental properties, landlords in particular should consider upgrading their insulation as part of a re-roof.
Should you wish to add insulation at the same time as your re-roof, we will:
- Supply and install insulation to the ceiling
- Leave the existing insulation in place
- Provide a statement of insulation, if required
